A credit card is required to make and hold your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment with no charge. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can email us at andrealordstudio@gmail.com or call us at +1 (646) 896 1010.

We will charge your card if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge. If your appointment is cancelled 2 hours or within, there will be a full charge.
